So, it’s come to my attention a while ago that there are some folk who want to hack me. This, of course, lead me to profuse giggling. I, for one, don’t really care. This website is hosted on a throw-away server. There isn’t anything on it that I wouldn’t mind losing.
That being said, however, I don’t really see what you’d prove by hacking my site. For one, I don’t profess it’s securities. It’s probably gapingly insecure. That really doesn’t bother me. This site is a spot for me to write whatever it is I feel the urge to. It’s my presence on the web.
I believe wholeheartedly in free speech. I do not condone web defacements because they are limited someone’s ability to say whatever the hell they feel like.
Of course, I want people to be able to edit my site if they want to. So I added a button to which you can click and my site becomes entirely editable. It only edits what you see, though, so don’t think you’re doing any permanent damage. It’s just fun.
So.
Can’t we all just get along.
PS. I don’t know how long I’m going to keep that button there. It’s kind of ugly. I”ll keep it there until I think of some other method to integrate it into the site. Maybe. If you have any other ideas that’d be cool, throw them my way. This button is merely my first of many changes. You probably won’t notice the next few, but it’ll be a surprise when you do.
