Apparently, it’s just a hit-counter. The higher the hits the bigger your city gets. End of story.
Being that I’m a bastard, I’ve set it up so that there is a 50% chance of browsing anywhere in /cms/ that you’ll end up redirected to my particular minicity.
Feel free to hate me.

December 11th, 2007I’m compiling Identification Information from Spam that makes it past my email filter. I figure that if someone searches it out, and comes across my Spam Listing page then they’ll know for sure that the email they got was spam.
That’s the plan, at least.
This is not a collaborative effort right now. Maybe it will be some time.
